Orders left on the answering machine or sent by fax must clearly state your restaurant name, address, telephone number, delivery date and order requirement.
Please note that all products are sold by the case. We do not sell individual blocks or packets.
Fresh fish orders must be placed by 4:00pm the day before delivery is required.
For deliveries outside London and across Europe we use approved third-party transport partners. Please call us as lead times and prices vary by geographic location.
For international export orders, we either ship via reefer sea container or LD3 air-freight out of London Heathrow. In the case of air shipments, our experts ensure the goods are packed with sufficient dry ice and insulation blankets to ensure our products reach you perfectly. For all exports, we are able to provide the following documentation:
- Health Certificate
- Certificate of Origin (issued by LCCI)
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Ocean Bill of Lading or Airway Bill
